Q: Where in Bristol are the apartments?
A: Our accommodations is located on Victoria Square in Clifton Village, a prime location.
Q: What is included in the nightly rate?
A: We include everything to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We provide fully furnished and equipped apartments with wi-fi, Sky television (all channels), DVD , i-pod unit at no extra charge.
Q: How do I pay and when do I pay?
A: A deposit is not required and payment can be made during your stay by either credit/debit card or bank transfer, whichever is the most convenient.
Q: How much notice do we need to provide if we wish to cancel?
A: We require 7 days notice of your intention to cancel your stay.
Q: How many people can stay in the accommodation?
A: At the time of booking we will need the names of each occupant. The total number of people staying is limited to the number of beds in the apartment.
Q: Is there a discount for longer stays?
A: We can negotiate special rates for guests who wish to stay on a longer term basis. Please ask for details.
Q: What time can we check in and check out?
A: The apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival,but should you require the accommodation earlier please let us know when the reservation is made. Check out is normally 11.00am.
